Your Tasks
Maintenance of all technical, electrical, and sanitary systems
Maintenance of machinery, vehicles, and cleaning equipment
Management and maintenance of care aids
Accompanying and monitoring company deployments
Troubleshooting, especially heating, ventilation, and electrical installations. General maintenance and repair work on the system or IT system
Material orders in consultation with the department head
Receiving deliveries and incoming inspection of non-food materials including proper storage
Coordination and execution of resident orders
Driving for meal delivery service in the absence of the driver, including Sundays and public holidays
Setting up rooms for events and ensuring the required technology
Proper and environmentally friendly disposal of materials generated
Monthly readings of technical data
Processing/maintaining the TGM list
- Possible on-call duty
Plant care in the house, terrace, and roof terrace
