To strengthen our team in the Perfumery sector, we are looking for a motivated and committed employee as a Merchandise Management Employee, 80% for the period before Christmas starting from 20.10.2025 until 10.01.2026 at the Geneva site, for a limited duration.
Your responsibilities
- You ensure that the goods are presented according to customer expectations in the mentioned sector.
- You are responsible for the efficient and successful management of all branch processes (stock and shelf management).
- You ensure that the store is tidy and attractive.
- You actively and independently replenish merchandise stocks on the sales floor.
- You actively support the sales floor employees.
- You ensure optimal collaboration with the internal Visual Merchandising team.
Your profile
- You already have extensive professional experience in an equivalent activity in the mentioned field.
- You have a precise, structured, and efficient working method.
- You enjoy working independently and manage stress very well under time pressure.
- You have a flexible and reliable working style as well as a very good sense of organization.
- You radiate positive energy and have a neat appearance.
- You speak fluent French and preferably know another national language.
