The Department for Construction and Environment of the Canton of Thurgau is looking for the cantonal Coordination Office for Building Applications and Planning Transactions in the General Secretariat as of July 1, 2026, or by agreement for a
Your Tasks
- Operation & further development of the BOA applications (cantonal product responsibility)
- Collaboration/leadership in the operational business organization
- Vision, roadmap & backlog: gather, structure, prioritize requirements and maintain them in the product backlog
- Business analysis & refinement including clarification of queries within the scope of implementation
- Conducting plannings, participation/moderation of reviews as well as acceptance of implemented requirements
- Release and rollout management including creation of release notes
- Product presentations, training, and representation of the products within the cantonal administration
Your Profile
- Education at university/university of applied sciences level, preferably with a technical background (e.g., business informatics/business engineering/business analysis)
- Know-how in digitization, pronounced technical understanding
- Good knowledge in project and product management; ideally experience in an agile environment
- Strong stakeholder management and excellent communication/moderation skills
- Structured, independent, result-oriented working style, high initiative as well as analytical and networked thinking
- Assertiveness, sense of responsibility, decisiveness, resilience, and ability to handle conflict/criticism
- High team and cooperation skills, service- and customer-oriented demeanor
- Advantageous: knowledge of building application and planning transaction processes as well as administrative experience
