With the above-mentioned expectations, it is advisable that you bring professional experience and are also familiar with working with children.

Almost even more important is to love children for who they are, whether they are stubborn, anxious, talkative, or shy. Of course, the children’s parents belong to them, often the most important connection for us. We want to listen to, serve, help, calm, and—if possible—relieve this link.

You will work in the MPA team together with Nicole Suter, an MPA who is already very experienced and established in pediatrics. On Mondays, Claudia Hofer joins us as a career changer from radiology.

The pediatrician team consists of Mareike Gerstenberger, Patricia Tanriverdi, and me, Roland Kracht. We love our job with the variety of children of all ages, their different medical conditions, syndromes, injuries, and psychological issues. We are grateful for our solid conventional medical foundation. We look beyond the horizon with anthroposophic and Chinese medicine, complemented by other complementary medical methods. Each of us offers ultrasound to expand diagnostics alongside laboratory and examination. We often consult with each other and consult in pairs when appropriate in individual cases.

To stay "in time," we need another good soul who frees our backs, who, like us, gladly immerses themselves in the demanding everyday life and stands up for the cause with joy.

Humanity is important to us! We work at eye level, with respect and understanding for each other. Only in this way can we coordinate, clarify areas of responsibility, and optimize processes. We always appreciate open, constructive communication! Problems cannot be avoided but can be managed together. This strengthens the team and ensures that worries are not taken home.

Important facts:

• We work with SiMed from Amétiq & Apple hardware - diagnostics and therapy:
• Preparing the consultation - weighing, measuring, vision tests
• ECGs - lung function tests - wound care with Dermabond or sutures - plaster splints or bandages
• Further - curettage of warts - hearing tests and tympanometries - ear irrigations

Daily routine: telephone triage, appointment scheduling and consultation, including on-site laboratory. Prepare and follow up consultation rooms.
