Job Description

As a Senior IT Architect – Digital Workplace & User Environments, you will play a central role in the definition, evolution, and modernization of workstation environments.

You will work closely with enterprise architects, system engineers, and domain managers to ensure the strategic coherence of solutions in a hybrid environment: Microsoft 365, Intune, Windows 11, virtualization, and Cloud integration.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement modern workstation architectures (Windows 11, M365, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Exchange Online).
• Manage endpoint management with Intune, Autopilot, and Azure AD, including security (MFA, BitLocker, Defender, Zero Trust).
• Deploy and optimize virtualization solutions (VDI, Windows 365, Citrix or equivalent).
• Automate and script (PowerShell) for robust and scalable environments.
• Produce and maintain architecture documentation (TOGAF, ArchiMate), architecture files, impact sheets, and risk analyses.
• Ensure technological watch on M365, Intune, and Windows solutions.
• Participate in architecture committees and defend strategic choices with technical teams.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience in designing architectures for complex user environments.
• TOGAF, Azure Architect, Microsoft 365 Enterprise Administrator, Intune certifications, or equivalent are highly appreciated.
• Technical skills: Microsoft 365, Windows 11, Intune, Azure AD, VDI/Windows 365, workstation security, PowerShell automation.
• Languages: Fluent French and good understanding of English.
• Communication, technical simplification, inter-team collaboration, analytical mindset, and proactivity.
