The Nyon Region Police Association is strengthening its administrative service and is recruiting a:
Administrative Assistant – 80% – Fixed-term contract (6 months)
Your role
As an Administrative Assistant, you directly contribute to the smooth running of the Police Force. You are an essential link in administrative support, serving the teams and the public security mission.
Your main responsibilities
• Processing and follow-up of emails and correspondence
• Drafting letters and professional documents
• Sending and administrative management of police reports
• Organizing meetings, convocations, and drafting minutes
• Cross-functional support for all administrative tasks related to the Police Force
Your profile
You are recognized for your reliability, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple priorities with method and composure.
You notably have:
• Commercial employee CFC or equivalent training;
• Swiss or C Permit;
• Previous experience in an administrative or similar role;
• Excellent command of office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
• Very good command of French, both spoken and written;
• Strong sense of organization, responsiveness, and ability to handle unforeseen events;
• Autonomy, team spirit, and sense of responsibility;
• Interpersonal ease and professional communication.

Salary category:
Without CFC: Category A, levels 1 to 10, at 100%: 58,723.- to 72,928.-
With CFC: Category B, levels 1 to 10, at 100%: 72,540.- to 90,087.-
