The Technical Service team of Spital Zollikerberg offers you a 100% position starting July 1, 2026 as

Building Technician / Technician HVAC

If you also want to make a difference in people’s lives, these are your tasks:

• Maintenance, repairs, monitoring and troubleshooting of movable and immovable property (sanitary facilities, heating systems, cooling systems, air conditioning/ventilation systems)
• Management in the CAFM tool and support of the building management system
• Maintenance of swimming pool technology
• Training of apprentices
• On-call service

The Technical Service maintains the buildings, systems and medical technology of Spital Zollikerberg with around 20 employees. In addition, the technical infrastructure of the future is planned, projects are managed, annual maintenance of movable and immovable property is managed, and malfunctions are resolved promptly. The area of responsibility also includes transport, disposal and mail. For the safe operation of the properties, safety advice is provided for occupational safety and fire protection.
