Electrical Technical Manager - Romandy Region (a)

Your tasks:
- Act as the link between the Swiss Electricity Manager and the employees in the Electricity domain (art. 15 of the OIBT) within their regional area of competence
- Reference contact for local electricity supply stakeholders and legal supervisory bodies (e.g., Electrosuisse, etc.) within their regional area of competence
- Support the building manager for quality inspection of electrical installations carried out by third-party service providers
- Monitor periodic inspections of electrical installations at client sites in accordance with legal requirements (according to periodicity)
- Responsible for verifying legally prescribed safety reports
- Verification, coordination, planning, and implementation of various measures following inspections (e.g., Electrosuisse inspection reports, etc.) at the concerned sites
- Organize and coordinate thermographic measures on electrical installations
- Administrative and coordination duties related to the role, including updating the list of employees in the Electricity domain according to the electrical safety concept
- Contribution to specific maintenance projects
- Ensure compliance with ISS Switzerland maintenance standards in the various operational units as well as adherence to contractually agreed processes for each assigned mandate
- Coaching employees in the Electricity domain on standards, regulations, safety, first aid, etc.
- Organize and participate in training and information sessions for employees in the Electricity domain according to chapter 05 of ISS's electrical safety concept
Your profile:
- Holder of a federal-level qualification in the electrical field (Electrical Safety Advisor, Project Manager in Electrical Safety Installation) - Mandatory
- Continuing education in the electrical field (Federal Master) - Desirable
- Additional training in business management (Federal diploma specialist in SME management) - an asset
- Proven experience in the electrical field (minimum 10 years of experience)
- Excellent project management skills
- Previous experience and strong interest in training
- Perfect command of spoken and written French (minimum level C1)
- Good knowledge of English and/or German, spoken and written (minimum level B1)
- Very good command of common IT tools (MS Office) and sector-specific software (NIBT)
- Mastery of current technical rules, directives, and laws in the field of electrical engineering and installation techniques in the Swiss market
- Good communicator, responsible, and customer-oriented
- Excellent ability to work in a team and to build a key contact network (internal and external)
