We require:
- a completed secondary level II education (CFC commercial employee or gymnasium maturity certificate) or tertiary level (Bachelor or Master)
- an ability to work independently, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills with colleagues and the team, a sense of responsibility and discretion, a strong customer orientation
- a highly motivated, proactive, sociable person, eager to develop and invest in the team
- perfect mastery of computer and office tools (notably Word and Excel)
- mastery of the French or German language with good knowledge of the other language

- Completion of secondary level II (EFZ as commercial employee or gymnasium maturity) or tertiary level (Bachelor or Master)
- Independent, customer-oriented work, excellent organizational skills, social competence in the team and with hospital staff, sense of responsibility and discretion
- High motivation, proactive action, sociability and willingness to develop and actively contribute to the team
- Excellent knowledge of common IT and office programs (especially Word and Excel)
- German or French with good knowledge of the other language
