Polymechanic (Helper)

• Maintenance, repair, and servicing work on production machines and equipment
• Analysis and troubleshooting of mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic malfunctions
• Participation in the planning and implementation of preventive maintenance programs
• Active involvement in optimizations, conversions, and modernizations
• Ensuring maximum system availability for production

• Completed basic mechanical training
• Ideally several years of experience in an industrial environment and good knowledge of mechanics, pneumatics, and hydraulics
• Ability to confidently read technical drawings and diagrams
• Enjoyment of assembly, repair, and adjustment work on production systems
• Experience with conventional machine tools (turning/milling) and measuring instruments and basic knowledge of electrical systems (e.g., sensors, simple troubleshooting)
• Ideally, a connection permit according to Art. 15 NIV
• Good German language skills, both spoken and written
• Basic knowledge of MS Office and ideally experience with maintenance software
