Job Description
- Provides guests with a warm, efficient welcome in accordance with the quality standards of the establishment
- Performs computer and administrative procedures related to check-in/check-out on the hotel’s computer system
- Verifies client guarantees and reservations
- Ensures follow-up of guests’ stays by communicating important information to colleagues and supervisors and by verifying guarantees
- Answers phone calls and occasionally takes reservations
- Maintains, verifies, and controls their personal cash register
- Responds to various guest requests and follows up to ensure their satisfaction
- Informs guests about tourist information
- Executes various projects assigned by management
- Applies procedures and policies defined by the brand and hotel regarding guest control and personal security
- Ensures that special guest requests are forwarded to the relevant departments
- Embodies the Heartist spirit in interactions with guests
Qualifications
- Proficiency in English and a second language according to hotel needs
- Service and hospitality mindset
- Passion for the customer
- Computer skills (word processing and spreadsheet, OPERA)
- Excellent interpersonal skills and communication (internal and guest)
- Ability to work effectively in a team and initiative
- Attention to detail
- Organization and rigor
- Flexibility and versatility
