Tasks
- Verantwortung für Gartenpflege und -gestaltung übernehmen.

- Ansprechperson für interne und externe Gruppen sein.
Skills
- Abschluss als Landschaftsgärtner:in EFZ oder relevante Erfahrung.
- Erste Erfahrungen im agogischen oder sozialen Bereich haben.
- Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift besitzen.

The Brühlgut Foundation supports and promotes people with disabilities and offers them 134 residential places, 319 work and employment places, as well as around 40 training places in Winterthur. It operates an occupational and physiotherapy practice for people from infancy to adulthood, as well as three integrative daycare centers.

HOW?
- You are responsible for the professional implementation of orders in the area of garden maintenance and design.
- You accompany and empower people with disabilities in the work process.
- You are the contact person for various stakeholders (internal and external).
- You perform administrative tasks related to your activity.
- You collaborate on cross-group assignments.

- Because you have a qualification as a landscape gardener EFZ or many years of experience in garden maintenance.
- Because you already have initial experience in the educational or social field.
- Because you are patient and supportive in challenging situations.
- Because you are well organized and plan your workday in a structured and forward-looking manner.
- Because you have very good German skills - both spoken and written, and communicate clearly and understandably.
- Because you have a valid driving license category B, category D1E is an advantage.
