The job assignment is as follows:
Center for Specialized Consultations and/or Outpatient Neurology Service
Activity rate between 80 and 100%.
Job description:
In your new role, your tasks will impact the quality of patient care. Your role will notably consist of,
- Managing doctors' schedules
- Managing the service's email inbox
- Receiving and handling calls, ensuring appointment scheduling
- Summoning patients
- Retrieving medical documents from external offices and establishments, archiving them in patient files
- Preparing consultation files
- Welcoming and directing patients to waiting rooms
- Printing/delivering certificates and prescriptions upon patient departure
- Scheduling follow-up appointments for patients
- Ensuring the closure of consultations
- Transcribing/proofreading, validating, and sending consultation reports

- At least 3 years of experience as a medical secretary, or experience to be evaluated
Education level:
Diploma as a medical secretary or commercial CFC, or equivalent training required
