As part of your duties, you will carry out the following tasks, among others:- Planning and management of projects
- Monitoring and further development of hardware and software configuration
- Control and security of the system and network environment
- Optimization of operational IT know-how
- Management and coordination of personnel deployment
- Consulting the management by developing medium-term strategies
- Completed university of applied sciences degree or a bachelor's degree in IT management, computer science, or a comparable qualification
- Ideally at least 5 years of professional experience as a system administrator as well as initial leadership experience
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Independent, committed, and thorough working style within a team
