- you support our CEO TV National, coordinate calendars, keep deadlines and priorities in view, and relieve him in daily business
- you confidently organize internal and external meetings, including preparation and follow-up as well as partial minute-taking
- you take over the organization of team events, workshops, and business trips
- you ensure a smooth office routine from invoice control to expense accounting to maintaining contract-relevant data
- you are the first point of contact for internal and external stakeholders and ensure professional communication on behalf of the CEO TV National
- you prepare presentations, decision-making bases, and documents for meetings and contribute your ideas to continuously make processes more efficient
You will succeed here if
- you have several years of experience as an assistant at the C-level
- you have ideally successfully completed the specialist certificate for executive assistance
- you enjoy classic assistant work and complex appointment coordination and are good at relieving others in a structured and proactive manner
- you communicate professionally, clearly, and appreciatively while always acting discreetly, loyally, and reliably
- you master the MS Office (365) suite flawlessly, use digital tools confidently, and are enthusiastic about making work processes efficient
- you keep a cool head even in hectic situations, recognize priorities, and act solution-oriented
- you are very team-oriented and service-minded, like to contribute, and thrive in a professional yet collegial environment
