Your area of responsibility
- You handle Adobe InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, and Figma confidently and efficiently
- When using generative AI tools (e.g., Firefly, Midjourney, DALL·E, ChatGPT), you take responsibility and use your experience to develop creative solutions
- You have experience with templates, plugins, or simple automations (e.g., in Figma, ExtendScript, n8n) and apply them purposefully in the design process
- With a practical, solution-oriented approach to technical means ("Vibe Coding"), you find effective ways to make recurring tasks more efficient
- You are familiar with the use of common data formats such as JSON or CSV in the design context, e.g., for working with structured content or preparing automated processes
Your strengths
- Enjoyment of creative design work combined with systematic and solution-oriented thinking motivates you
- You have experience using AI tools in design as well as automating recurring tasks (e.g., templates, scripting, APIs)
- With a structured, careful, and efficient working style, you always keep an eye on optimization potential
- Basic knowledge of HTML and CSS is an advantage to better understand interfaces and work digitally connected
- You enjoy collaborating with different departments and have confident stakeholder management skills
- Team orientation, openness, and the ability to contribute constructively and progress together – both professionally and personally – are among your strengths
