To strengthen our team in the Administration area, we are looking from 01.10.2025, for an unlimited duration, at the Fribourg site, for a *motivated* and *committed* person as a Customer Service Employee Student, 10%.
Your responsibilities
- You act as a link for communication between the hotline and the helpdesk.
- You ensure a seamless flow of information within the department store and logistics.
- You coordinate the management of goods for daily activities.
- You are actively responsible for training employees during the introduction of new processes and programs or changes to them.
- You are responsible for the active development of the benchmark and are in regular contact with other sites.
- You are responsible for compliance and quality assurance of processes and procedures according to guidelines.
Your profile
- You preferably have completed basic training in the commercial or logistics field or in retail.
- You already have professional experience in an equivalent activity.
- You have good work organization and a keen sense of structure and planning.
- You convince with your analytical mind and your ability to quickly understand things, especially in the digital environment.
- You can work flexibly, initiative- and process-oriented.
- You are very familiar with all common Office applications.
- You are a perfectionist and enjoy taking on challenges.
- You convince with your positive energy and neat appearance.
