Tasks
As a vocational trainer in basic education at SWISS, you help shape the learning environment of the aspiring polymechanics EFZ specializing in aircraft maintenance.
- Responsibility for various training modules of the polymechanics up to the partial examination
- Conducting inter-company courses according to KORE
- Ensuring and testing the achievement of learning objectives
- Direct contact with learners, parents, and training partners
- Coordination with internal and external customers
- Consolidating expertise in the productive area
- Planning, organizing, and conducting information events, trial apprenticeships, parent information sessions

- Completed vocational training as a polymechanic or an equivalent qualification
- Several years of professional experience in vocational training, ideally with an SVEB-1 certificate and the willingness to obtain the professional certificate, or further training as an inter-company course leader in the main profession / trainer with a federal professional certificate.
- Enjoy working with learners and passing on expertise
- Open and communicative personality
- Responsible, independent work brings you joy
- Strong social skills – team player
- Good Office 365 knowledge
- Very good German and English skills, spoken and written
