For our order processing and export department, we are looking for a
Order & Export Processing Clerk (70%)
In your versatile and varied role, you will take on a central role for Rotronic's international customers, embedded in a young team.
You will handle export processing and support order processing. You will be the contact person for our customers and act as the interface to production and logistics.
Your tasks
Export processing
- Invoicing of all export orders
- Creating export documents using the Expowin program
- Correspondence with customers, suppliers, authorities, and freight forwarders
- Clarifications with internal departments
- Resolving all questions arising with internal and external parties related to export processing
Customer support
- First contact for the company via telephone presence and monitoring the Measure Inbox
Internal sales
- Order processing from inquiry through delivery to after-sales support including internal clarifications with product management, production, accounting, and logistics
- Schedule control of planned deliveries
- Providing telephone and written information about deliveries, stock levels, and dates
- Coordinating delivery dates with production planning
Your profile
- Training as a foreign trade specialist or similar education
- Experience in export processing
- Experience in sales administration
- Good comprehension skills
- Willingness to continuously acquire and expand export knowledge and requirements
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing, very good English skills in speaking and writing, French skills are an advantage
- Good PC user skills (ERP system, MS Office applications, Expowin)
- Team-oriented person with a structured working style
