In the shared apartments Heerpark 9 in Oberuzwil, eight people with cognitive and/or physical disabilities live in two apartments. They are accompanied and supported by a team of six professionals.
Due to a retirement, we are looking for
a companion including deputy function
60 - 70 %, from January 15, 2026 or by arrangement
An exciting and varied field of work awaits you:
- Assuming the deputy role of the team leader in their absence
- Accompanying and supporting the residents regarding independence and maintaining their abilities
- Support in the care of the residents
- Support in practical life areas, including managing the shared household and leisure activities
- Performing administrative tasks
- Taking on night on-call duty (approx. 4-5 times/month)

You bring with you:
- Completed training as a social pedagogue or comparable qualification
