As our new sales personality, you are on the move from Lugano via Chur to Winterthur – and not on foot: a company vehicle is available for your customer visits. Your mission? To put our strong products in the right light and ensure that our trading partners are not only satisfied but enthusiastic.
Your tasks – never boring:
- Support and expansion of existing customers as well as acquisition of new customers
- Targeted area and visit planning based on assigned customer classes
- Annual budgeting for assigned customers
- Maintenance of activities and master data in the CRM
- Co-design of promotions and activities
- Advising trading partners regarding their assortment design
- Tracking market developments
What you bring:
- At least 5 years of sales experience – you know how to convince people
- Ideally, you are familiar with construction or related industries
- German? You master it both written and spoken. Italian skills? A big plus.
- Excel, ERP (e.g., Navision or SAP) and CRM systems are not foreign words to you
- You are service-oriented and hungry for success and want not only to achieve sales targets but to exceed them!
