Your tasks:

Overall planning and development of the versatile course program
Co-design of monastery days and courses
Maintaining contact with course instructors and participants
Co-design of spiritual life
Guided tours through the historic monastery complex
Accompanying groups and individual guests as host and pastoral caregiver
Positioning the monastery as an open, communicative place together with the theological director and a committed team

You have completed studies in theology, religious studies, philosophy, cultural management, or a related field. You possess strong organizational skills as well as extensive experience in education, spirituality, and culture. With your creativity and a broad network both in the church and social environment, you contribute to making programs attractive – also with a view to the next generation. In addition, you bring personal commitment to the further development of a modern, service-oriented seminar hotel and educational center. A confident, engaging demeanor as well as the ability to address different target groups complete your profile.
