Your tasks:
As a clerk in training administration, you work in the degree programs of the University of Applied Psychology and, together with the team, are responsible for the smooth handling of administration related to training. Your tasks include:
- You coordinate student work and practical projects at the bachelor and master levels and are responsible for their administration in the school administration tool (Evento)
- You support the admission and student enrollment process at the bachelor and master levels
- You are responsible for all matters of a degree program as well as their maintenance in Evento
- You are responsible for organizing graduation ceremonies
- You provide support in the area of fees
Your profile:
You have a good sense for target group-appropriate oral and written communication and work independently, precisely, and reliably. You work in a structured manner and can organize yourself well even under time pressure. You enjoy working in a small team. You have:
- A completed commercial basic education (3 years, commercial clerk)
- Initial professional experience in the administrative field (at least 1 year); ideally in the education sector
- Very good user skills in MS Office, especially Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Affinity and interest in various IT programs, knowledge of Evento is an advantage
- Enjoyment in communicating with different stakeholders
