During your three-year training, you will learn, among other things:
- The proper and professional preparation of various operations with instruments as well as supporting the operating team
- The organization and coordination of a smooth workflow around the OR
- The preparation and follow-up of materials, devices, and instruments
- The implementation of disinfection and hygiene measures in the operating department
What do you bring?
- Successful school leaving certificate (intermediate school certificate or high school diploma)
- Good language skills (at least B2)
- Enjoyment of working with people
- Empathy, willingness to learn, and ability to work in a team
- Communication skills
- Confidentiality (duty of confidentiality)
