The Regional Care Center Baden is one of the largest providers of long-term care in Switzerland. We offer our residents of all ages specialized professional care and support in various areas of expertise. Our headquarters in Baden (AG) will be comprehensively modernized in the coming years through new construction and renovations and complemented by 86 new senior apartments.
For the RPB location in Baden, we are looking for a competent, reliable, and committed personality in the kitchen management team to start immediately or by arrangement as
Head of Kitchen Production / Deputy Head of Kitchen (m/f/d)
Workload 80 - 100 %
With this, you will support us:
- Responsibility for the production of high-quality, balanced, and sustainable meals for residents, employees, contract partners, and guests
- Personnel and professional leadership of the subordinate employees with team spirit, flexibility, and resilience
- Participation in the design of offerings for residents, restaurants, and events in collaboration with the Head of Kitchen and the Head of Restaurants / Catering / Service
- Further development of kitchen production in a newly built environment
- Participation in the planning, organization, and execution of internal and external events
- Deputizing for the Head of Kitchen
You can convince us with:
- Completed training as a chef EFZ
- Further training as a federal master chef EFA or equivalent
- Diet cook training is an advantage
- You have already gained leadership experience and applied it sustainably
- Several years of professional experience in gastronomy, ideally also in healthcare
- Good IT user skills (Microsoft Office)
- User knowledge in handling the LogiMen software is an advantage
