TRM Manager of the Radiology Department

Your missions:

As TRM Manager, you will play a central role in the strategic and operational development of the department:

• Lead and coordinate the organization and projects of the radiology department
• Manage a committed team, promoting cohesion, communication, and autonomy
• Ensure the quality of services by implementing continuous improvement initiatives
• Promote innovation, cross-functionality, and interdisciplinary work for the benefit of patients
• Assume your clinical TRM role and be a reference relay for the team and partners.

Your profile:

• Diploma as a medical radiology technician (HES) or equivalent
• Proven experience: Minimum 3 years in a hospital environment and 5 years in management
• Management training level 1, or willingness to undertake it.
• Fluency in French and good knowledge of German
• Strong leadership, organizational skills, autonomy, ability to inspire your teams, flexibility
