You are the driving force in process digitization: Together with your team, the specialist departments, and the ICT department, you develop pioneering solutions that inspire students and staff. You shape your team into a self-organized, learning unit that lives innovation and continuously evolves.

With your drive, leadership understanding, and experience in process digitization, you lead the team of four Business Process Engineers and thus contribute significantly to sustainably optimizing and automating our business processes. Together with your team, you create the foundation for efficient, user-centered workflows – and create conditions for a work and learning environment where employees and students can develop their full potential.
Your tasks
- You strengthen a committed team of Business Process Engineers and shape a self-organized, learning unit
- You further develop process automation and digitization initiatives and lead your own projects
- You support and advise organizational units on automation projects and promote a culture of responsibility and innovation
- You design sustainable, efficient, and user-friendly workflows
- You moderate workshops, communicate with stakeholders, and ensure knowledge transfer through coaching and training
- Proven success in process digitization, process re-engineering, automation, and/or lean management – ideally with experience in leading corresponding initiatives or teams
- Strong business orientation and holistic, conceptual thinking – also in complex, heterogeneous, and partly agile environments
- Leadership-strong, implementation-oriented, and pragmatic personality with a pronounced "can-do" mentality and a cooperative, solution-oriented working style
- Enthusiasm for the challenging redesign and simplification of work processes – combined with patience, persistence, and the ability to motivate and support teams even in demanding phases
- High communication skills, empathy, and persuasiveness in collaboration with various stakeholders, specialist departments, and ICT
- Experience in promoting self-organization, continuous improvement, and knowledge sharing within the team
- Knowledge of Camunda, Power Platform, or UI-Path is an advantage
- Completed studies in business informatics or a comparable field, ideally supplemented by further training in business process engineering; additional leadership training is an advantage
