As a construction manager with us, you take full responsibility for our construction projects, from laying the first stone to handing over the keys. You ensure adherence to the work schedule, maintain quality standards, and identify potential savings. Thanks to your talent, you coordinate subcontractors and ensure that everything runs safely and smoothly on the construction site.

• Project responsibility: as a construction manager, you take full responsibility for our projects, from start to key handover. You are the contact person for contractors and the heart of the construction site.

WHAT YOU BRING

• Qualification: diploma in construction or civil engineering, as a construction manager or building draftsman, or solid practical experience as a craftsman with additional qualification in site management.
• Language skills: fluent French; German is an asset; fluent English to ensure internal and external communication.
• Computer skills: experience with MS Office, MS Project, and Messerli.
• Structured work: even in chaotic situations, you keep an overview and never lose the thread.
• Communication: you communicate openly, clearly, and willingly with the team, subcontractors, and all stakeholders.
