- Case management within the framework of personal and economic assistance according to the Social Assistance Act
- Psychosocial counseling of our clients with the goal of professional and social integration
- Recognizing problem situations and developing appropriate strategies
- Record keeping in the case management system (KLIB) and case-related administration
- Assertion of possible claims with social insurances and other third parties
Your Profile
- University of Applied Sciences degree in Social Work, preferably supplemented by commercial training
- Initial practical experience in statutory social assistance
- Enjoyment of independent work within a team
- Decisive and resilient personality who gladly takes responsibility and helps shape processes
