The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and day structures. The employees are guided at work by 170 specialists.

For our basketry, we are looking for a motivated, sensitive personality with pronounced manual skills to start immediately or by arrangement.
Your tasks
- Supervision of employees in the second labor market during production
- Active participation in daily production or service execution
- Independent processing of special customer orders
- Leading, instructing, promoting, and supervising a group of employees in the second labor market
- First point of contact for problems and concerns of employees in the second labor market
- Conducting and documenting employee interviews as well as maintaining the internal employee support tool, regularly recording progress reports
- Contact with customers, suppliers, and partners
- Creating vacation plans, continuous optimization of the deployment planning of employees in the second labor market
- Time management of assigned employees
- Adherence to processes, order, cleanliness, and occupational safety
Your skills
- Completed training as a basket and wickerwork designer EFZ
- Professional experience as a wickerwork designer
- Agogic or social pedagogical further education or willingness to complete one
- Strong empathy and high social competence
- Enjoyment of a dynamic and versatile work environment
- High resilience and flexibility
- Enjoyment of manual work as well as willingness to actively participate in production
