About the job
Team and Responsibilities
Build clarity. Enable decisions. Drive growth.
BLACKROLL® is a rapidly growing international brand in the field of recovery and movement – headquartered in Switzerland with a strong focus on B2B and DTC channels.
With the further expansion of our European B2B business, the demands for transparency, controllability, and data-driven decisions are increasing.
This role creates exactly that: a reliable data foundation across markets, clear structures in forecasting and reporting, as well as a solid basis for strategic decisions.
In close collaboration with the European General Manager, a central lever for growth is created here – through clarity, structure, and the ability to question assumptions and translate them into reliable decisions.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- You are responsible for B2B sales reporting, forecasting, and performance tracking across all markets (DACH, France, Benelux, UK, as well as distribution markets).
- You establish a central data basis ("Single Source of Truth") and ensure consistency, accuracy, and transparency.
- You challenge and validate forecasts, assumptions, and sell-through data of the regional teams.
- You lead the weekly sales performance cadence and ensure clear responsibilities and structured coordination.
- You analyze performance at SKU, channel, and customer levels and derive concrete optimization measures.
- You work closely with marketing, product, and finance, linking data with actions and continuously developing processes.
Your Profile
- You bring 4–7 years of experience in commercial operations, sales analytics, or business performance – ideally in an international or multi-market environment.
- You have strong analytical skills and translate data into clear, actionable business insights.
- You have solid experience in forecasting, reporting, and performance tracking as well as analysis at SKU, customer, or channel level (B2B/retail is an advantage).
- You are confident in handling data and tools – especially Excel and BI tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- You appear confident, critically question assumptions, and manage to challenge stakeholders based on data and hold them accountable.
- You work structured, pragmatic, and hands-on, think cross-functionally, and implement consistently.
- You communicate fluently in English; German is a plus.
