Managing Consultant Advisory (all genders)

Are you in? You work collaboratively with our customers, both in the private sector and public administration, to shape and implement initiatives.

As a Managing or Principal Consultant Advisory, you are responsible for bridging the gap between management, business units, and technology, as well as leading consulting teams in client mandates to both initiate strategic initiatives and shape the organization of the IT function. You know your customers' business, are experienced in consulting, and have experience as a project manager and/or business architect in designing and implementing transformation projects and digital target operating models.

HOW YOU SUCCEED

• Background: Bachelor's or Master's degree (ETH/University/FH) in a relevant discipline
• Experience: Many years of work as an external consultant in a management consultancy and/or service provider
• Consulting skills: Project management, presentation and moderation skills, strong analytical abilities, and data literacy
• Communication: Excellent, target-group-oriented communication skills at executive, program management, and team levels 
• Business/IT Alignment: Proven experience, as well as strong business and technical understanding
• Industry knowledge: Good understanding of business processes in at least two industries
• Market experience: Solid experience in the Swiss market, ideally also internationally
• Business Development: Very good skills in business development, marketing, and sales of consulting and system integration projects
• Network: Ability to independently and proactively build your own network with decision-makers
• Commitment: Passionate engagement in your clients' projects
• Team fit: Team spirit, participative culture, flexibility, enthusiasm, success orientation, and willingness to travel
• Communication talent: You communicate in German and English; French and/or Italian are an advantage
