Your Tasks – Shape More
- Approaching our customers in the reception area as well as recognizing potential and determining needs
- Systematically exploring customer needs while considering individual wishes, goals, and life situations
- Advising private customers in the areas of finances (account and card offerings), saving, investing, and retirement planning
- Accompanying our customers into the digital world
- Acquiring new customers and recognizing and conveying further customer needs
- Handling cash transactions, currency exchange, and precious metal transactions as well as managing ATMs, recyclers, and safe installations
- Option to take on the role of practical trainer
Your Profile – Bring More
- Completed commercial banking apprenticeship or an equivalent qualification with solid professional experience
- Many years of practice in consulting and selling financial basic products
- Enthusiasm for active customer consulting and a pronounced affinity for digital channels
- High flexibility to work within three work models and willingness for regular Saturday shifts
- Your communicative, trustworthy personality and your confident demeanor convince in customer contact
- You are characterized by a strong acquisition, sales, and service orientation
