The Fondation la Pouponnière and the Abri in Lausanne aim to work in favor of children and especially young children and their families, notably by welcoming them within its nine institutions: five child life centers (CVE), two emergency boarding schools, the Educational Reception for Mothers and Children (AEME), the Meeting Space Service Unit (UPER).
To ensure quality IT services, we are looking for a:
IT Coordinator between 50% and 60%
Tasks and responsibilities
- Ensure the coordination necessary for the proper functioning and efficiency of IT systems, in order to meet user needs
- Advise management regarding strategy and existing technical solutions
- Manage all projects related to the information system (specifications, calls for tenders, follow-up with providers, etc.), whether they involve new solutions or updates
- Ensure the interface and coordination with IT solution providers (ERP, time management, DMS, Internet, Intranet, etc.), manage correction and adaptation needs if necessary
- Ensure the interface and coordination for IT solutions specific to funders, participate in user training and support in this context
- Ensure the interface and coordination related to infrastructure and external IT support, supervise technical support for complex requests, in collaboration with the relevant providers
- Create and update useful documentation for information system users and supplement their training if necessary
- Manage follow-up related to IT equipment, accounts, access rights, etc.
- Ensure the application of IT security policies, data protection, and the implementation of preventive measures against cyber threats, conduct technological monitoring in their field of expertise
Profile sought
- Bachelor, Master, Federal diploma in IT or equivalent training
- Very good knowledge of the Microsoft environment and Active Directory
- Knowledge of ProConcept, tipee, Icare and/or VBA is an asset
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience related to the responsibilities of the position
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, service-oriented, discretion
- Global vision, analysis, synthesis, initiative and proactivity
- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, rigor, versatility
- Flexibility, adaptability, good personal organization and priority management
- Very good writing skills and ease with numbers
