- Holistic and individual implementation of care according to the care plan, based on nursing standards
- Adherence to established and defined nursing measures
- Maintaining contact with relatives and other persons close to the resident
- Participation in team meetings and working groups

- You have professional experience in full inpatient care
- You recognize the needs of the residents and respond appropriately
- Ability to cooperate with all other professional groups
- Interest and willingness to actively shape process-oriented workflows
- Teamwork skills, reliability, commitment, and flexibility
