To strengthen our Human Resources department, we are looking for an assistant at 80-100% permanent contract.
Job Description
- Preparation of employment contracts
- Management of work permit applications
- Management of withholding tax
- Entry of monthly variables into the payroll system
- Management of the Polypoint PEP time stamping system (employee absences)
- Being available for all HR-related questions
Qualifications
- You have three years of experience in HR and hold a diploma as a personnel management assistant
- You work independently, reliably, and have a sense of priorities
- You master common computer tools
- You are able to manage several tasks simultaneously
