Contribute to our development:

As a SAP FI/CO Functional Expert (PP knowledge would be a plus), you report to the Team Leader IT Global Support.

You are the privileged contact for the service provider performing SAP application support, the IT and business project teams, and the users.

Your main missions are to:

🔹Challenge and analyze new user and business needs.

🔹Monitor mini projects and ensure their delivery on time

🔹Supervise SAP functional support N2/N3 performed by the service provider.

🔹Lead inter-domain committees to identify and manage continuous improvement

🔹Ensure, in relation with other involved teams (host, service provider, subcontractors, project teams), the operational maintenance (MCO) of applications

🔹Ensure the proper functioning of the support chain

🔹Guarantee the quality of reports and indicators mainly produced by the service providers

🔹Contribute to the quality of application deployment and enforce our change process (engagement committee, CAB)

🔹Manage crisis situations and communicate accordingly in collaboration with the service provider and N3 support

🔹Regularly report on activity to the business and management

🎓 Bring your skills

• With higher education (Engineer, Master), generalist (Industry, Commerce, Management…) or equivalent, you have solid SAP skills on FI/CO modules.
• Good understanding of the company’s information system, its role and business processes.
• Strong sense of service quality, ability to work in a team and cross-functionally.
• Fluent English given the scope of the position.
• Possibility to evolve transversally towards other SAP Expertise positions (Architecture or Project).
