How you inspire
- You coach and lead a team at our locations in Bolligen and Breitenrain
- You are responsible for promoting and further developing your employees as well as a positive performance culture to ensure team success
- You manage and develop your own customer portfolio in the private and business customer segment
- You maintain long-term customer relationships in the region and sustainably expand them
- You share responsibility for the further development of the entire Northern region
What you bring
- You have several years of professional experience in banking with further education at HF or FH level
- You bring strong leadership skills
- You are a convincing and inspiring personality with good communication and motivation skills
- You think entrepreneurially and act in a networked way
- You enjoy direct customer contact and like to maintain sustainable customer relationships
