Customer Center Employee 80%
Are you passionate about customer consulting and want to develop into an all-rounder in social insurance? Is a good team spirit important to you? Then become part of our collegial, 16-member team. We are looking for a communicative, service-oriented, and empathetic personality immediately or by arrangement. Your working hours are during the telephone opening hours between 8:30 to 11:30 a.m. and from 1:30 to 4:30 p.m. (by arrangement). You will work 4 1/2 days per week. Your tasks
- You advise our customers by phone as well as personally at the reception desk.
- You work in the telephone customer center WAS in Emmenbrücke as well as at the reception WAS IV, WAS AK, and WAS wira (from June 2026 exclusively in Kriens).
- You provide 1st-level support by phone for various WAS services and/or triage to the specialist departments.
- You are the first contact person at the reception for all visitors.
- You perform administrative tasks such as digitizing files and managing digital contact channels.
Your skills
- You have basic knowledge of social insurance and/or are willing to complete further training as a social insurance clerk.
- Ideally, you already have professional experience in customer service or a call center.
- You communicate flawlessly in German (spoken and written) and an additional language. Further language skills are an advantage.
- You have very good IT skills including MS Office/Teams and a general digital affinity.
- You are characterized by a high level of service and customer orientation and bring a strong understanding and empathy in dealing with different people.

Wirtschaft Arbeit Soziales is the Lucerne center for social insurance and the labor market. The WAS Services business unit offers diverse support to the umbrella organization and the other associated business units Compensation Office, IV, and wira.
