Consultant (60 - 80%)

We advise employees, managers, and HR services on psychosocial issues with the goal of promoting employee well-being and performance.

For our consulting offices in Schaffhausen and Winterthur, we are looking for a consultant (60 - 80%) starting 1.1.2026 or by arrangement.

YOUR MISSION

• Advising employees of our client companies on operational, personal, health, financial, and reintegration-specific issues
• Regular case administration, reporting, and assistance with client reports
• Supporting regional management, team leadership, and/or client support as needed
• Main locations are Schaffhausen and Winterthur. Support at other locations on certain days if needed.

YOUR SUPERPOWERS

• Degree in Social Work, Psychology, or related humanities (FH or university) required
• Broad, several years of consulting experience
• In-depth knowledge of social insurance issues is an advantage
• Fluent English and/or French skills are an advantage
• High resilience – ability to work analytically under pressure
• Openness and flexibility as well as good presentation skills
• Independent working style and ability to work independently and alone at the location
• Experience in coaching is an advantage
