Your Area of Responsibility
• creating daily courier shipments
• You enter required data into our system and perform general office tasks
• Collecting and processing internal and external outgoing mail as well as packages rounds off your area of responsibility
• You can answer inquiries both by phone and by email (First Level Support)
• You take over sick leave and vacation replacements from your colleagues
Your Profile
• You already have professional experience in mail processing, goods receipt, and logistics
• You bring PC skills
• You are characterized by your good manners, physical resilience, and quick comprehension
• You have good German language skills, additional languages are an advantage
• You enjoy independent work and can think in a networked way
• You are a team player, communicative, and responsible
• You have a Class B driver's license
• You can provide a clean certificate of conduct (criminal and debt collection register extract)
