What you can achieve:
Active assistance in the development, deployment, and optimization of production technologies and production processes with a focus on plastic consumables
Development of production concepts and product structures
Ensuring the transfer of projects into production
Definition of tests within series production
Creation of requirements for automated production and testing systems
Definition of specifications for necessary testing and operating equipment
Project management for the procurement of production and testing equipment
Development and maintenance of the required specification and verification documents for the manufacturing process
Qualification / validation of manufacturing, testing processes, and testing facilities
Definition and implementation of changes necessary due to product and process optimizations
Root cause analysis of defective parts and products with development of corrective measures
Maintenance of process documentation, testing facilities, and aids
Project management for the redevelopment of systems
Technical leadership tasks in production
Evaluation of new technologies
Optimizing processes for cost savings
New manufacturing concepts using ERP capabilities
Interface function for coordination between various departments, production, and external partners
Audit participation and handling of audit deviations
Initial training of production and testing processes
Process data evaluations
Support of software (e.g., license manager, production tool, etc.), production macros
Planning and implementation of process scale-up through automation / partial automation
What you bring with you:
Technical basic training
Further training as a technician or engineer (specializing in systems engineering, automation, electrical engineering, mechanical engineering, or similar)
Experience in process development and/or industrial manufacturing of consumables
Very good knowledge of MS Office tools
Good German and English skills
Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
Resilience, assertiveness
Team and conflict capability
