What you do with us
- Support the Product Managers in various administrative tasks
- Efficient and timely management of the new product development process including partial project responsibility
- Implementation of various calculations including product launches and price approval procedures for new products and displays
- Master data management in SAP (e.g., product launches, modifications, preparation of documents for production)
- Responsibility for display management: stocking, modifications, and visualization of POS implementations in coordination with Product Managers and Key Account Managers
- Collaboration in the creation of print data for packaging and display materials
- Leading various optimization projects within product development
- Close cooperation with internal and external departments (Sales, packaging development, AVOR, purchasing, planning, quality assurance, graphics and photographer, production as well as agencies)
- Coordination and implementation of sampling activities
- Creation and procurement of print materials such as advertisements, posters, flyers, and POS materials
- Realization of online content such as images, texts, banners, and newsletters
When you fit with us
- Completed training as a commercial clerk EFZ, further training as a marketing specialist or marketing planner is an advantage
- At least 3 years of experience in a similar role
- Very good project management skills and enjoyment of process-oriented as well as administrative work
- Precise working style, stress resistance, and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Passion for chocolate
- Very good German and English skills, French skills are an advantage
