Are you a service-oriented person who appreciates working with young people? Then you fit with us! A dedicated team with an open-minded school management and around 180 learners are waiting for you. The MSW optimally combines theory and practice for technical professions under one roof.   The MSW is a training center of the city of Winterthur for technical apprenticeships in the field of mechatronics. Thanks to the combination of the three learning locations under one roof, theory and practice can be optimally coordinated. This comprehensive training enables learners to transfer to the university of applied sciences, and the MSW is an alternative to academic education. The MSW trains learners in the professions of polymechanics, automation, and electronics.   For these versatile tasks at our training center, we are looking for a service-oriented personality from March 1, 2026, or by arrangement, who actively takes on customer contact and brings a high technical understanding.

Your Tasks

  • Procure and process customer orders
  • Maintain and expand the customer, partner, and cooperation network for the optimal practical training of learners
  • Plan appointments and resources in consultation with customers and the production training areas
  • Optimize manufacturing and training processes
  • Procure materials and create manufacturing documents using ERP

Your Profile

  • Completed commercial basic training with a high technical understanding or technical basic training (e.g., polymechanic, electronics technician, automation technician)
  • Ideally commercial or business management further training
  • Professional experience in a similar function as well as experience in vocational education and working with young people
  • Confident in German language
  • Proficient in common MS Office tools
