In the real estate team, together with your supervisor and colleagues, you are responsible for the professional management of the direct real estate investments of our pension fund. You assist in controlling reports, derive measures from them, and contribute to the ongoing optimization of management processes.
Strengthen our small real estate team on the owner side as an Asset Manager Real Estate (80-100%) by agreement!
Your contributions
- You manage external real estate managers and actively participate when we evaluate new partners such as managers, marketers, or architects.
- You keep an eye on our portfolio properties and develop them further together with the team.
- You prepare and review various reports, check market rents, quarterly and annual financial statements, vacancies, and budgets.
- You contribute to revising property strategies and thus support the long-term planning and development of our real estate.
- You carefully examine potential new real estate investments and help prepare decision-making bases for the investment committee.
- You participate in the ongoing optimization of management processes and maintain regular contact with internal facility managers.
What convinces us
- You are trained as a real estate manager with a federal certificate or as a certified real estate trustee.
- You bring several years of professional experience in real estate management, ideally also with commercial properties - experience with renovation projects is a plus.
- You enjoy working in a team and maintain a friendly, pleasant, and open manner.
- You are responsible, work precisely, learn quickly, and can assert yourself well.
- You convince us with your confident German (native language) and your good numerical understanding - basic knowledge of French is an advantage.
