What you will do here
- Support the Institute for Social and Cultural Diversity in projects alongside your studies (projects in research and development in the areas of Diversity & Social Space)
- Research topics and literature
- Collect qualitative data and transcribe interviews, assist in the evaluation of qualitative data
- Layout reports, create graphics
- Perform organizational and administrative tasks in the projects and in the department
- Assist in organizing conferences and meetings
- Bring your perspective into a diverse team
What you ideally bring with you
- Completed bachelor's degree and ongoing master's studies, preferably in Social Work or other social sciences
- Basic knowledge of qualitative social research
- Knowledge in the areas of diversity and social space, willingness and interest to engage with these topics in depth
- Experience in academic work (literature research, academic writing) and ideally first experience in project work
- Confident oral and written expression in German, good English skills, additional language skills are an advantage
- Well-organized and very independent working style, team spirit, good IT skills, no fear of administrative tasks
The interviews will take place on January 13th, 14th, and 15th, 2026.
