About the job

• you develop and lead the ICT Project Management Office (PMO) as a central control instance for projects, programs, and the IT project portfolio
• you are responsible for the operational control and prioritization of IT and digitization initiatives in close coordination with the CIO and business stakeholders
• you define and establish binding standards, methods, and decision-making processes for project, program, and portfolio management
• you ensure transparency about target contributions, business benefits, dependencies, resources, budgets, and the progress of initiatives and establish clear KPI and reporting structures
• you are responsible for building and further developing IT governance including roles, committees, decision paths, as well as demand and resource management
• you are responsible for the further development of the IT-wide process landscape as well as the standardization and continuous optimization of IT and business-related processes
• you lead the IT service management area and ensure a stable, service- and customer-oriented IT organization with clear services, SLAs, and KPIs

• you have many years of experience in building and leading a PMO as well as in project, program, and portfolio management
• you have successfully managed transformation and digitization programs and been responsible for complex project landscapes
• you can build governance structures, set priorities, and convincingly represent decisions in a demanding stakeholder environment
• you work confidently with budgets, resource management, KPI-based reporting, and portfolio transparency
• you think strategically and analytically, structure complexity, and at the same time bring a high implementation orientation
• you are a communicative, assertive leader with a high sense of responsibility
• you understand how to enable and coach project managers and stakeholders methodically and ensure consistent implementation and result orientation
