Business Development Manager Non-Wind

Your responsibilities:
- Drive topline growth in Non-Wind EMEA markets
- Develop and execute regional go-to-market strategies by segment, channel, and country.
- Identify and prioritize high-potential partnerships to accelerate revenue.
- Build and manage a qualified opportunity pipeline; forecast accurately and report performance to leadership.
- Conduct market mapping to identify white spaces, key accounts, channel partners, and influencers.
- Develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and ROI/business cases for target accounts.

- Qualify leads through structured discovery, needs assessment, and solution fit analysis.
- Develop tailored value propositions, proposals, and ROI/business cases for target accounts.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Non-Wind, R&D & Product Management
Your profile:
- 5+ years experience in business development and/or solid sales background in composites markets
- Consistent track record of new business acquisition and topline expansion
- Proven ability to open new accounts and scale revenue impact
- Strategic thinker with a strong bias for action and customer engagement
- Fluent in English (other European languages a plus)
- Willing to travel across EMEA
