Your team
Operations provide secure and efficient processing of Pictet’s banking transactions and investment funds. Our teams ensure all activities follow regulations and manage risks.
By developing and maintaining a modern, robust infrastructure, we guarantee reliable, high-quality services for Pictet wealth management, asset management and real estate clients.
Based in Geneva, you will be joining a dynamic team of ten that plays a central role in supporting Private Assets Transaction activities.
Your role
- Analyse transactions and events.
- Process all transaction linked to Private Equities and Real Estate client investments in our banking system: Subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, capital increases etc.
- Reconcile and allocate cash credits.
- Answer internal queries from the Front Office.
- Understand the needs of an international client base (Switzerland, Luxembourg and other Pictet entities abroad).
Your profile
- University degree (Bachelor’s or Master's) in Law, Business and/or Economics, or the equivalent in work experience in the finance industry.
- Experience of 1 to 5 years in Private Equities and Real Estate Operations is a plus.
- At ease with IT systems (E front, Avaloq) and soft wares (word, excel, power point, etc…).
- Rigorous, autonomous, and team player.
- Client oriented and solution provider.
- Fluent in French and English with excellent communication skills.
- Must be resident in Switzerland.
