The international brand Kieser has stood for health-oriented strength training for over 55 years and thus for targeted training to strengthen the muscles. With over 170 own and franchise studios worldwide, we ensure that responsible individuals have the opportunity to keep their musculoskeletal system healthy and efficient.

For our studio in Frenkendorf, we are looking for a Managing Director 100% (m/f/d) starting 01.01.2026 or by arrangement.

Your area of responsibility

• Leading and developing a team of about eight employees

Active collaboration with strategic partners on site and building/maintaining a network

Creation of qualitative and quantitative annual goals

Management and control of monthly sales and key figures

Implementation of local marketing measures

Employee recruitment

Employee development (seminar conception, training and further education, internal personnel development)

Management and control of administrative processes

Organization of operational and technical maintenance

What you bring with you

• Strong identification with the topic "health-oriented strength training"

You have completed the internal Kieser basic training and have been working at Kieser for at least one year

Ideally, you have gained initial experience as a manager and/or completed training as an operations manager

You place great value on taking responsibility and leading a team

You want to contribute to the development/expansion of an international company

You demonstrate commitment and the ability to express yourself authentically and appropriately to the situation

Excellent German skills, English skills are an advantage
